How long do mini homes last?

Like any house built over the past 100 years, if the homeowner does regular maintenance to protect their investment, a mini home will last long after the homeowner passes on. If on the other hand, a homeowner does no maintenance or abuses the home, the structure will deteriorate quickly, just as any neglected home would.
