How long does it takes to build a mini home?

Depending on the time of year, it can take anywhere from 10 to 20weeks to build and complete a mini home. This timeframe will allow for the final design to be determined, the building materials ordered, the time on the factory floor scheduled, and all on-site work is completed once the home has been transported to your final destination.

In order to stay ahead of the curve, we at Havill’s have already pre-ordered a number of our most popular floor plans to ensure our clients can select a home that will suit their needs, and have it ready to enjoy within 1-2 months (depending on current demand and ongoing supply chain issues).
