Our full-time Service Department is equipped to deliver & install your home and perform any adjustments necessary. We can even provide emergency service on your mini home if needed. Our Service Department is there to give your family the peace of mind you deserve.

  • 50+ Years of combined experience ensures that your home is delivered and set up correctly the first time!
  • A full-time service department guarantees that you will receive prompt cooperation, both from Havill’s Staff and from the Manufacturer Representative.
  • The Havill’s Service Department is there to make sure the entire move goes as smoothly as possible for the customers.
  • We coordinate Factory Warranty issues for our customers.
  • In the unlikely event of an emergency (i.e. water break) a customer does not need to deal with solving the problem alone. One call to Havill’s Service Department, and we will take care of the problem for you.
  • Even if the factory warranty has run out, Havill’s Service Department will still be there to offer free advice and answer any questions a customer may have.
  • Havill’s understands that in order to do a professional job safely, one must invest in the proper equipment. That is why Havill’s Service Department has invested in state-of-the-art delivery equipment and a fleet of service trucks, to get the job done.
  • Havill’s Service Department ensures quality control from pre-delivery arrangements through to the time you first step into your new home. As a result, many costly delays are avoided, and all the necessary work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Where applicable, Havill’s Service Department will coordinate NSP hook-ups, HRM permit applications, electricians, and home site preparations to ensure that your home is ready when you are.
  • From time to time unavoidable delays will take place. Havill’s Service Department will do its very best to ensure that you are informed at all stages of the delivery process.
