Westphal Park

Located just off Main Street in Dartmouth, Westphal Park is a lovely community to call home. On the smaller side, the park only has four streets and is very quiet. There’s plenty of green space for kids to run around and play, and the park is located close to several lakes and parks. Easily accessible by transit, Westphal Park is conveniently close to the Forest Hills Exchange so residents have easy access to Cole Harbour and all of the shopping and amenities on offer there. Close by are leisure facilities, a golf course, and a fantastic school network. This park offers a relaxed atmosphere for homeowners whether they’re just starting out in life and planning to raise a family there or looking to downsize and live out their retirement. There’s such a nice sense of community at Westphal Park that this is one of our parks that sees very low turnover rates—families tend to pass their homes down to their kids so that they can stay in the supportive community that they grew up in.
